Gadrian and Gadrian/Pro Release 3.4, June 2007EAI announces the release of Version 3.4 of Gadrian and Gadrian/Pro. This release is highlighted by the addition of several new analytics. Context analysis has been added to support Six Sigma ranking of processes, documents, rules and other components of the enterprise as well as determine degree of impact of change. Semantic coverage has been added to identify points of integration of support the standardizing of name in the business. Finally, the four box analytic has been added to provide a means of drawing conclusions based on analysis material and also doing simple static simulation.

Many even provide books they have authored or manuals that outline specifics of the work they are doing for a client that is beyond the normal project report as relationship building device.Enterprise Analytics, Inc. (EAI) supports this approach with a unique service. EAI provides a copy of Gadrian at no charge to professional services organizations and individuals that are interested in embedding their intellectual property in a manner to be left behind and used by their clients as a ‘value add’ feature of their services. To this end, EAI will provide a custom CD that contains Gadrian and related professional services artifacts that are of interest to the service provider for their clients. All artifacts must be in electronic form and there are limits to the quantity of artifacts and the structure of the CD contents. There is a small fee for this service that is waived if the professional services firm’s clients purchase twenty or more copies of the custom version of Gadrian. Pricing to clients is specific to each professional services firm. The key to this relationship building is that the professional services organization uses Gadrian on their project, develops a basic Gadrian template for that type of work. EAI provides a pure user version of Gadrian that the services firm can supply to their client for a small fee. It is an excellent ‘leave behind’ that creates a degree of comfort in the client that they have the material and methods used by the consultant. EAI can also place a few selected graphics such as logos on the screens to identify the version as specific to the professional services firm. |
